Do you offer same-day flower delivery?

Orders placed before 12:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, may qualify for same-day delivery when flowers and delivery capacity are available. Same-day service is not guaranteed until confirmed.

What happens if I order after 12:00 p.m.?

Orders placed after noon may be scheduled for the next available delivery date. Call (415) 551-7720 for an urgent or special delivery request. Additional fees may apply.

Do you deliver flowers on weekends?

Limited weekend delivery may be available. Please call in advance to confirm availability. Weekend or special delivery charges may apply.

How can I confirm whether you deliver to my address?

Can you deliver to a hospital?

Hospital deliveries may be available when the hospital accepts flowers for the patient and department. Some hospital units restrict floral deliveries, so please confirm the facility’s policy before ordering.

Can you deliver to a business or office?

Yes, when the building accepts deliveries. Please provide the business name, recipient’s full name, department or suite number, complete address and a working telephone number.

Can I include a personalized message?

Yes. Add your message during checkout and it will be included with the arrangement.

Can I order a custom flower arrangement?

Custom floral arrangements may be available with advance notice. Contact us with your preferred colors, occasion, budget and requested delivery date.

What happens if the recipient is unavailable?

Depending on the destination and circumstances, we may contact the recipient, leave the arrangement with an approved person or in an approved safe location, or contact you to discuss another delivery option. A second delivery attempt may require an additional fee.

Will my arrangement look exactly like the photo?

Flower and container availability can change by season. Substitutions may be made with flowers of a similar color, style and value while preserving the overall appearance of the arrangement.
